Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere within our establishment. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in their overall experience.
Duties
- Must be willing to work Fridays and Saturdays.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and be able to communicate to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
- Communicate with staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service.
- Experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Previous experience in food preparation or bartending is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: £12.91-£15.00 per hour
