Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Assist with seating arrangements and provide menus to customers.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Manage the bar area, including bartending duties when required, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support the catering team during events, assisting with food preparation and service as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Skills in catering or bartending are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to help guests enjoy their experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
