Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to a high standard
- Handle payments and use till systems confidently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service
- Provide a positive experience that makes guests want to return
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive, professional, and well-presented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
