Bolero Bar and Kitchen is an independent venue in Worcester offering quality casual dining.
We are looking to recruit full and part time experienced bar and waiting staff.
We have an excellent reputation as a premium bar and restaurant and we are one of the top venues of choice in the area.
We love what we do and care tremendously about the detail and surround ourselves with like-minded people who love food and drink.
For us it's all about serving fresh, high quality food extremely well. We are looking for skilled, dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food and drink, have the ability to come up with new ideas e.g. are able to work to a high standard under pressure.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
· A natural passion and flair for the food and drink industry.
· An approachable and friendly personality.
· Excellent customer service ethic with a passion for results.
· Experience in front of house essential.
· Ability to work successfully in a fast paced and highly pressurised environment.
· An eye for detail and high standards of hygiene.
· A flexible approach.
· Excellent organisational skills.
· Strong communication and inter-personal skills, well spoken/written English language
· Temporary contract leading to a permanent position.
