Full-Time Retail Assistant (Mon–Fri, 9 am–6 pm) – Blackburn
Overview
Want to make vaping chat your day job? We're looking for someone friendly, reliable, and eager to help customers find their perfect kit. You’ll be working full-time Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, at £12.21 per hour, with solid regular hours and a fun shop vibe. Think of it as retail, but with flavour exploration—and zero awkward small talk.
Job description
- Greet customers with a smile, help them explore vaping gear and liquids, and match them to something just right—whether they’re cloud chasers or making the switch from smoking. Just be a good knowledgeable person to talk to.
- Keep the store looking sharp: restock, tidy up, and help display new flavours and devices.
- Handle stock, and follow age checks—keeping things compliant and chill.
- Share recommendations, introduce new flavours, and be an all-around team player.
Requirements
- Store or customer-service experience is cool—but if you’re friendly and quick to learn, that’s even better.
- A customer-focused, easygoing attitude—chatty, helpful, non-judgy.
- Be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK (vaping products require it).
- Show up on time, ready to go Monday–Friday 9–6.
- Keen to learn about products and vape safety (a quick intro on MTL vs DTL goes a long way)
