We are looking for a Front of House Team Member to join our friendly and professional team on part-time and full-time basis. If you are passionate about hospitality, love delivering excellent customer service, and enjoy working in a stylish, welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing warm, professional service to guests in our bar, restaurant and hotel reception
- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience
- Checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and assisting with queries
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas
- Working efficiently as part of a small, supportive team
What We Are Looking For:
- A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for great hospitality
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, welcoming approach
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
