We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and flexible Front of House Assistant to join our team at our small hotel and café. This is a varied role where no two days are the same!
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming and serving customers in the café with a smile
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Making great coffee and helping with basic food prep
- Keeping the café and reception areas clean and tidy
- Providing top-notch customer service throughout the day
- Jumping in where needed to help the team – we all muck in!
What we’re looking for:
- Someone reliable and punctual – we need people we can count on
- A flexible approach – must be able to work both weekdays and weekends, all year round
- A friendly attitude and good people skills
- Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll provide training
- A team player who’s not afraid to get stuck in
