We are looking for a skilled Front of House Coordinator to join our growing team at Stoke Lodge Hotel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house operations; working at reception, assisting with administrative tasks and food and beverage operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling guest enquiries by email, phone and in-person promptly and professionally
- Checking guests in/out, taking reservations, both for rooms and the restaurant
- Assisting with guest requests and questions
- Handling minor guest complaints, listening, taking feedback and offering an appropriate solution in line with training
- Ability to work with our Property Management System and Online Travel Agents, and assigning guests appropriately
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Serve drinks and assist with food orders
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
