What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring every arrival feels special.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Provide personalised recommendations on dining, attractions, and local experiences.
- Respond to guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Salary: £27,753 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
