Your new role:
To work with the operations team in ensuring admin tasks are updated on time and on a regular basis
To work with finance in ensuring that invoices and outstanding queries are actioned
Strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure everyone is kept up to date with latest developments.
Build and maintain relationships within the team to allow for smoother problem solving moving forward.
Responsibilities
· To monitor and chase pre-alerts
· To update and ensure LCL NOAs and invoicing are actioned
· To monitor and update Telex releases
· To chase and acquire PODs
· To manage and process shipping line invoices
· Assist in creating and building CIF shipments
· Monitor and update FOB Orders
· Action Immediate payment invoices
· To query supplier costs
Requirements:
· Proficient use of MS Office
· Proficient and accurate – attention to detail
· Import / Export experience – desired
· Can do attitude.
· Team player.
· Ability to build relationships within the business
