About the Role:
We are seeking freelance values-led facilitators across the UK, with personal or professional experience in the charity, criminal justice, or social care sectors. Previous training experience is not essential—what matters is your commitment to delivering high-quality, values-based training that is impactful, engaging, and tailored to the needs of delegates.
As a Values-Led Facilitator, you will:
- Deliver dynamic, transformative training sessions (both face-to-face and virtually) on a range of topics, including safeguarding, leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Be matched with organisations and subjects aligned with your expertise and interests, based on your professional and/or personal connected experience.
- Join a supportive community of like-minded professionals dedicated to creating safe and authentic learning environments.
- Benefit from a flexible, collaborative work environment that values Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
What We’re Looking For:
- Personal or professional lived experience in the criminal justice, social care, or charity sectors.
- A shared commitment to our core values of equity, excellence and integrity.
- A collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering high-quality training and consultancy.
- While previous training experience is desirable, we provide comprehensive support and training tailored to your needs, including training in our Training 4 Influence methodology.
