We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for producing high-quality written content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand's voice. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while collaborating with various teams to enhance our content strategy.
Duties
- Develop compelling and original content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials.
- Optimise content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement across digital channels.
- Manage content using WordPress and ensure all posts are formatted correctly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective content strategies that align with business goals.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing graphics that complement written content.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences to foster community interaction.
- Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content writing or copywriting, preferably within a digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with WordPress, CSS, and basic web design principles is advantageous.
- Experience in managing social media accounts and executing social media marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content is a plus.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
