Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, high-quality photo and video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Confidently appear on camera to showcase tutorials, product demos, behind-the-scenes, and trend-based content.
- Edit videos with a polished, on-brand aesthetic using tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere.
- Collaborate with marketing to align content with campaign goals, launches, and seasonal trends.
- Manage and grow social media accounts, with a strong understanding of analytics, trends, and audience engagement.
- Engage with the community, including responding to comments and participating in beauty-related conversations.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty trends, influencer culture, and social media best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience creating content for beauty-related brands or accounts (portfolio or examples required).
- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to present products in a natural and engaging way.
- Proficient in short-form video editing and graphic content creation.
- Excellent understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage posting schedules.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with influencers or in a brand ambassador program.
- Basic photography and lighting skills.
- Knowledge of paid social ad creatives.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £140.00-£150.00 per day
Expected hours: 24 per week
