Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital marketing and visual content? Ready to shape standout campaigns in a growing, forward-thinking company? We’re on the lookout for a talented Content Creator to join our in-house Marketing Team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll collaborate with a small, skilled team to produce impactful 360° campaigns – from social media and paid media to websites, direct mail, and more. This role would suit someone with graphic design experience.

What You'll Be Doing: Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit original content for social media, blogs, websites, and campaigns
- Produce high-quality long and short-form videos plus photography
- Create visually compelling assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma
- Build content calendars aligned with key campaigns and seasonal events
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist with digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and email platforms
- Develop creative campaign ideas and promotional content
- Write engaging copy for social media, blogs, email, and product storytelling
- Keep up with platform trends and ensure our content remains fresh and relevant
Analytics & Strategy
- Track and analyse content performance across channels
- Use data to optimise reach, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent messaging
What We’re Looking For:
- A creative thinker with 2+ years of experience in a content or digital marketing role
- Strong photography and videography skills (portfolio required)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and video editing tools
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, or YouTube Shorts
- Skilled in writing on-brand, compelling copy for multiple platforms
- Familiar with email marketing platforms like HubSpot
- Understanding of Meta Ads, Google PPC, and SEO is a plus
- Organised, collaborative, and confident managing projects
- Full driving licence (site visits may be required)
