We’re looking for a Level 3 Forest School Leader to join FIFTH Movement and deliver meaningful, outdoor learning sessions across several of our partner primary schools.
This role is ideal for someone confident in working independently, who enjoys being outdoors and has experience leading groups of children in a structured, supportive way.
FIFTH Movement works with over 30 schools across Manchester, delivering high-quality enrichment sessions. From sports to creative arts and outdoor learning, our focus is on helping schools offer something more than the standard curriculum.
Forest School is a key part of what we offer. These sessions give children the opportunity to explore, build confidence, and develop new skills in a natural environment. For many pupils, particularly those who find the classroom environment challenging, Forest School can be where they feel most at ease.

The sessions will run in different primary schools with various year groups. You’ll need to be organised, adaptable, and confident working across a range of settings.
