Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food Runner to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their overall dining experience is exceptional. Duties:
- Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Enter orders into the POS system with precision and attention to detail
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Ability to upsell menu items and provide recommendations to guests
- Proficient in data entry and able to accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Strong analytical skills to assess guest needs and provide appropriate solutions
Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid, including internships.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
