Job Title: Kiosk Supervisor
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our sushi kiosk team as a Supervisor / Team Leader. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a food retail, hospitality, or supervisory role, with strong people skills and the ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment. Sushi or food preparation knowledge is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
-Supervise, motivate, and support kiosk staff during shifts.
-Lead by example to ensure excellent teamwork and productivity.
-Assist with training new team members.
Operations
-Oversee the smooth running of the kiosk on a day-to-day basis.
-Support with stock management, deliveries, and correct storage of ingredients.
-Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are always followed.
Customer Service
-Deliver excellent service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience.
-Handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
-Support the team in maintaining kiosk cleanliness and presentation.
Sales & Performance
-Support the kiosk manager in achieving sales targets.
-Monitor portion control and waste reduction.
-Upsell and promote products where possible.
Qualifications & Skills:
-1-2 years Previous experience in a supervisor, team leader, or senior team member role (food retail or hospitality preferred).
-1-2 years Knowledge of food safety and hygiene (training provided if needed).
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
-Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused.

Salary: £12.50-£13 (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 30–35 per week
Schedule:
6–10 hour shifts
Day shifts, including weekends
Must be able to commute to our sites across South East Kent (Dover, Folkestone, Ashford)
