We’re on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our passionate team. Whether you're already thriving as a Supervisor or an experienced hospitality professional ready for your next step up, this is your chance to shine in a truly inspiring environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
- Acting as Duty Manager on a rota basis, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and guest satisfaction is at the heart of everything.
- Playing a key role in the setup and execution of restaurant, breakfast service, bar service, weddings, corporate events, banquets, and private functions.
- Inspiring and motivating the F&B team to deliver standout service — from morning coffee to candlelit dinners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Somebody passionate about Hospitality and giving guests a memorable experience, previous experience in food and beverage, ideally in a hotel or events setting.
- A confident communicator and a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and brings great energy to the team.
- Someone organised, reliable, and ready to take responsibility — with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- A positive attitude, a team-first mentality, and a drive to learn and grow in the industry.
