Ready to step up and lead the buzz behind the bar and brilliance on the floor? We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on F&B Supervisor who knows how to keep service smooth, spirits high, and guests coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to leader during busy shifts – support the team, solve issues, and make it all look easy
- Help create balanced staff rotas and ensure service coverage
- Ensure food and drink look, taste, and feel five-star – every time
- Keep service flowing and standards high, from hygiene to guest satisfaction
- Support stock and inventory control to keep things running smoothly
- Be the bridge between staff and management – ensuring communication is clear and morale is high
Requirements
- Previous leadership in a restaurant/bar/hospitality setting
- Strong understanding of service standards and safety procedure
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
