Saltfish will be offering a buzzing trade all day from breakfasts through to dinner service, showcasing fabulous fresh and sustainable seafood cooked on the open fire, freshly shucked oysters.

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, hungry and dedicated experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at the beginning of a special journey. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and Supervising of the Restaurant, motivating staff, helping to create and maintain our high service and product quality standards. This is a brilliant opportunity for a person who wants to have a real impact on an exciting new venture.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Create a welcoming, environment for customers
- Be involved in the induction and ongoing training of all front of house staff
- Ensuring consistent high quality service is met throughout the business
- Someone who creates a positive work environment for staff, in particular junior staff and encourages their career development
- Running shifts
- Encourage a “customer first” culture within the team
- Work closely with the Saltfish team to deliver the highest possible standard and most efficient service to the customer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
