TJR Group is looking for a creative florist to join our team in Haverhill. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who takes pride in floral design and thrives in a professional, supportive environment.
As part of the TJR Group, you’ll be working on a wide range of floral arrangements – from elegant tributes to bespoke event displays – and play a vital role in helping us deliver high-quality, meaningful services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for funerals, events, and bespoke orders
- Work closely with clients to understand and fulfil their vision
- Manage stock levels, conditioning, and care of fresh flowers
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace
- Assist with deliveries and on-site installations when needed
- Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the TJR Group
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally, a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Floristry (or equivalent experience)
- A strong portfolio of past floral work
- Excellent attention to detail, colour, and composition
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
