Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute elegant floral arrangements tailored for corporate events, ensuring each installation meets client expectations and brand standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, event planners, and internal teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Apply knowledge of seasonal flowers and foliage to ensure arrangements are fresh, innovative, and visually striking.
- Manage preparation, transportation, and on-site setup of floral installations with attention to detail and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a florist, with a focus on corporate or event floristry.
- Creative & Design Expertise: Strong creative flair and awareness of current floral and event design trends.
- Floral Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of flowers, foliage, seasonal availability, and proper care and handling techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Organisational Abilities: Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, based on event schedules.
