Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring all staff are performing their duties efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet our quality standards.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Assist in training new employees on operational procedures and best practices within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining spaces.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £11.44-£14.00 per hour
