Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Floor Staff member to support daily operations across both our café and small retail space. Your role is to keep the environment clean, organised, and well-stocked and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Refill and rotate stock on the retail floor
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth operation during service hours.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, promoting a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
