We’re expanding our team and looking for experienced, reliable multi-skilled contractors across various trades to support our mission: delivering responsive, high-quality repairs and improvements that make a real difference to tenants’ lives.

Trades We’re Recruiting For:
- General Building – Minor repairs and prep work that support other trades.
- Flooring – Cap and cove wet rooms, safety vinyl, tiling, laminate repair.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver responsive repairs and maintenance services in both occupied and void (unoccupied) properties.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Document your work clearly with job reports and photos.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and client specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience – Minimum of 2 years in your core trade(s).
- Self-Sufficiency – You have your own tools and a reliable vehicle.
- Standards-Driven – You take pride in your work and pay attention to the details.
- Professionalism – You communicate well and work respectfully in tenants’ homes.
- Adaptability – You’re comfortable with reactive tasks and tight timelines.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in social housing – But not essential.
