Duties
- Post supplier invoices into the accounting system
- Obtain approval to pay supplier invoices from department heads
- Allocate payments on the accounting system
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Generate customer invoices
- Assist with credit control on outstanding balances
- Generate invoices for reporting radiologists
- Control sheet preparation
- Assist with ad hoc tasks
Skills
- Great attention to detail
- Able to sense check own work
- Willing to question existing practices and actively thinks about different ways of approaching tasks
- Comfortable talking to people at all levels of seniority both within and outside the organisation
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments
