Field Sales Representative – The Converters Group
Location: Central Scotland (travel required across Scotland)
Hours: Full-time (evening flexibility required)
The Converters Group is Scotland’s fastest-growing home improvement company, specialising in conservatory roof conversions, garage conversions, extensions, garden rooms, and more. With demand booming, we are expanding our sales team and looking for ambitious Field Sales Representatives to join us.
The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be out and about over Scotland, knocking doors, introducing our products, and booking free, no-obligation home surveys with interested home owners. You won’t be expected to close sales, your job is simply to generate interest for our experienced sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Door-to-door canvassing in targeted areas
- Talking confidently to homeowners about our products and offers
- Generating leads for our sales representatives
- Representing the company professionally at all times

- Previous canvassing experience helpful but not essential (full training provided)
