F&B House Supervisor

We are currently looking for a F&B Supervisor for our House team. The supervisor is to oversee daily operation in the house, managing staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain our high quality standards.

Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• To undertake inter-departmental duties within the Food & Beverage Department.
• Ensure the House section is clean, stocked and prepared for service.
• Ensure you and the staff on shift understand the service ahead, number of guests that may need service, how to deal with special requests, what items are out of stock so that the team is prepared.
• Set an example to the staff under your supervision by maintaining an immaculate work area for yourself and your colleagues, using the correct equipment in the manner you have been trained in.
• Set an example to the staff under your supervision by maintaining your own presentation to a high standard for our guests and colleagues.
• Be a leader to the team, encourage and teach the staff under your leadership to learn, progress and improve during their time with us.
• Communicate any potential improvements or queries from the team to a member of management.
• Have an open schedule that allows you to work evenings and weekends
• Serving guests on the Italian terrace

Benefits:

• Basic salary of £28,612.50 PA
