Are you an experienced barista with a passion for craft beer and a knack for running your own show? We're looking for a highly reliable and enthusiastic Stall Operator to manage our unique coffee and beer stall at a vibrant farmers market.
This isn't just a serving role; you'll be the face of our business, responsible for the entire market day operation. Your duties will include:
- Efficiently setting up and merchandising the stall each morning to attract customers.
- Expertly preparing and serving a range of coffee drinks, ensuring high quality and quick service during peak hours.
- Responsibly handling all beer sales, including pouring and ensuring compliance.
- Managing transactions and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Engaging directly with customers, offering product knowledge and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Thoroughly packing down the stall at the end of the day.
Reliability is paramount for this role. You must be able to commit to early starts, with your day typically running from 7:30 AM until around 4:30 PM every Saturday.
The job runs on every Saturday starting from 23rd of August to 20th of September.
While we'll provide comprehensive training on our specific products and operational procedures, barista experience is a must. Please do not apply if you do not have prior barista experience.
