Based in Sheffield, we’ve been a trusted family-owned business since 1982, specializing in Fabrication, Laser Cutting, and Perforation services across a range of industries.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a proficient Press Brake Operator who can bring their expertise to our team and contribute to maintaining the high standards we are known for. You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our press brake machines, ensuring quality and efficiency every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust the press brake machines daily using the correct tooling for each job
- Safely and accurately operate press brake machinery to meet production requirements
- Inspect machines and perform basic maintenance checks to prevent downtime
- Read and interpret detailed engineering and folding drawings
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
What We Expect:
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator (5+ years preferred)
- High level of precision and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of technical engineering and folding drawings
- Ability to set up, operate, and maintain Amada press brake machinery independently
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
- Willingness to work overtime during busy periods to meet deadlines
