Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator
£32k–£40k DOE |
Worthing | Full Time | Office-based
We’re MorganCarr — a straight-talking design-and-build consultancy. We specialise in high-profile, high-end fit-outs and refurbishments that are delivered in weeks, not years. Precision, personality, and pace are what set us apart.
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to join our team. This isn’t your typical EA/PA role. You’ll be at the centre of the action — supporting two Directors and a busy Project Management team while being the first point of contact for our clients, contractors, and suppliers.
You’ll filter inboxes, wrangle diaries, prep pitch decks, and keep project documentation watertight — all while making sure communication flows and projects stay sharp, fast, and on track.
If you’re highly organised, quick on your feet, and confident juggling relationships in a live, high-pressure environment, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily liaison with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage and prioritise Directors’ inboxes, diaries, and travel.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Organise and follow up on meetings — in person and online.
- Maintain project documents and contracts.
About You
- Proven EA, PA, or Project Coordinator experience.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new tools.
Why Join MorganCarr?
- £32k–£40k DOE.
- 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays + birthday off.
- Occasional all-inclusive ski trip.
- Friday breakfasts and regular team socials.
- Office gym, showers, and cycle-to-work scheme.
- Dog-friendly office and great coffee.
At MorganCarr, no two days are the same. Our projects demand speed, precision, and personality — and so does this role. If you want to be part of a team that thrives under pressure and delivers transformation at pace, this is your chance.
