Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and eager to take action?
Join the EXTREME Hangout team as an Event Support Volunteer during London Climate Action Week 2025 (LCAW2025) and help deliver an inspiring, high-energy event that brings together climate leaders, changemakers, and youth voices.
Event Details:
- Event: EXTREME Hangout @ London Climate Action Week 2025
- Dates: 24th–26th June 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (GMT+1)
- Location: Ladbroke Hall, London
- Commitment: Ideally 3 full days (flexibility considered)
Volunteer Roles:
We're looking for 10 enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive volunteers to support our team across a range of activities, including:
- Pre-Event Admin Support – Help prepare materials and coordinate logistics.
- Guest Registration & Welcome – Greet attendees, answer questions, and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
- Stage Assistance – Support the stage team by preparing and resetting for each session.
- Social Media Content Support – Capture photo/video highlights and behind-the-scenes content.
- Podcast Assistant – Assist with setup, coordination, and guest transitions.
- Event Ambassadors – Engage with attendees and promote EXTREME Hangout’s mission and values.
Who We're Looking For:
- People passionate about climate action and sustainability
- Friendly and engaging communicators
- Reliable team players who can take initiative and follow direction
- Ideally based near Ladbroke Hall, London
- Prior event or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
