Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Organiser to join our team. This role is pivotal in planning, executing, and managing various events that align with our brand's vision and goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled. we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience.
Duties
- currate and execute a variety of events including corporate gatherings, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering arrangements, and equipment rentals.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery of services.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to assess event success and gather insights for future improvements.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote events and engage with attendees before, during, and after the event.
- Develop marketing materials that reflect the brand's identity and effectively communicate event details.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to events.
- Conduct product demos during events to showcase offerings effectively.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present information clearly at events and engage with participants.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting event sponsorships or partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning or a related field is preferred. 2 years.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Experience in branding and marketing strategies relevant to event promotion is highly valued.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
