Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for a pop up Summer event at the Princesshay Shopping Center from 28 July - 27 September 2025. We are looking to hire 5-10 local staff to supplement our events team in our food and bar units.
As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that events run smoothly and that guests have an exceptional experience. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality, catering, or food services who thrive in dynamic environments.
Duties
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organised.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting attendees and addressing their needs throughout the event.
- Support food preparation and service, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Help with bartending duties, including serving beverages and managing bar supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during events.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the company positively.
- Follow instructions from event coordinators and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Skills in bartending or culinary arts are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in fast-paced settings.

Pay: £12.21-£15.07 per hour
