We’re looking for an energetic and driven Events Assistant to join our fast-paced events team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting campaigns with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries — from high-profile product launches to immersive brand activations. No two days will ever be the same.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of events and campaigns.
- Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Supporting in managing event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Contributing to creative ideas that make campaigns stand out.
- Leading and motivating small project teams when required.
- Helping foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture.
