About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Event Assistant to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing events that engage audiences, promote brands, and generate leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced events and marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Support the setup, breakdown, and smooth running of events on-site
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure event requirements are met
- Help prepare event materials, signage, and promotional merchandise
- Capture event feedback and assist in post-event reporting
- Maintain accurate records of event schedules, budgets, and logistics
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance event engagement and audience experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy; experience with event or marketing tools is a plus
- Previous event, customer service, or marketing experience is desirable but not essential
