Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning supervisor to join our team, with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and inquiries from staff and visitors.
- Maintain a tidy appearance of cleaning equipment and storage areas.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between locations.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and customers.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all individuals interacting with the cleaning team.
