Estimator – Demolition/Deconstruction
Locations: The head office is based in Caterham, Surrey (own transport required) and must be attended weekly. Additionally, site locations around London can be used as office bases.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 pa, based on experience

The Role
As an Estimator, you will:
✔ Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare cost estimates
✔ Conduct site visits during the tender period
✔ Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information
✔ Analyse and quantify materials, labour, and equipment costs
✔ Prepare and present detailed cost breakdowns, proposals, and bid packages
✔ Use estimating software (Active Take-off) for take-offs
✔ Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and improve estimation accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Demolition, Deconstruction or Construction Estimator
- Strong knowledge of demolition and/or construction methods, processes, and materials
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Proficiency in estimating software and online document systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
