What you'll be doing:
- Sort and separate materials for recycling or disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Manage and supervise the burning function, supervision of other burners
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete demolition tasks.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Demolition including structural elements.
- Operation of work tools.
- Implementation of work in accordance with RAMS.
- Interpretation of drawings/instructions.
- Structural hot works.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in the use of flame cutting / burning scrap metal using oxy propane
- CCDO ADO card
- Working at height experience whilst burning (previous top burner roles)
- Proven ability to adhere to safety procedures whilst fulfilling daily duties
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
