Are you a skilled plant fitter looking for a challenging and rewarding role?
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Fitter to join our busy workshop team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy plant machinery used both in-house and on various demolition sites across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults on a range of plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, and other heavy equipment.
- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing tasks.
- Fabricate and weld components as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Proactively manage your own workload.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Plant Fitter.
- Strong mechanical and fabrication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A valid plant operating licence (desired, not essential).
- A commitment to health and safety.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
