Job Summary:
Allstars Escape Rooms is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Games Master to oversee and enhance our guests' escape room experiences. As a Games Master, you will be responsible for hosting and guiding players through immersive escape room adventures, setting up and resetting rooms, providing clues when needed, and ensuring an engaging, seamless experience for each group. This role is perfect for someone who loves puzzles, storytelling, and working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide an overview of escape room rules, themes, and storylines.
- Monitor games closely to track players' progress and provide timely hints or assistance when requested.
- Reset and prepare each room after gameplay, ensuring all props and puzzles work perfectly.
- Handle any game-related issues or technical difficulties promptly.
- Deliver a fun, memorable, and safe experience for all guests.
- Maintain a friendly and energetic attitude, creating a positive atmosphere in the venue.
- Uphold health and safety standards, following all company policies.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for puzzles, games, and immersive experiences.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail for room setup and resetting.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in customer service or entertainment industries.
- Knowledge of escape room mechanics or experience in similar environments.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
