Escalate issues, risks and programme decisions through the escalation structure as required. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clinicians, IT professionals, and external organisations, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Leverage strong IT skills and knowledge to oversee the technical aspects of the programme, including system integration, data migration, software implementation and build. Monitor workstream performance and provide regular reports to senior management, and other key stakeholders, on progress.
Receive and interpret complex and sensitive information from senior Programme team members. Where necessary, align training to change, system adoption and benefits realisation. Lead on training planning and delivery and participation in programme activities such as dress rehearsals, floor walking and optimisation during and post go-live. Properly document and communicate lessons learnt.
