As an Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, answering enquiries, and delivering top-quality service across various marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent our clients and promote their products/services to customers
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns promptly
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
- Collect feedback and help improve customer experience strategies
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Support marketing and sales teams during campaign launches and events
