A very exciting opportunity is available for an exceptional individual to join BMS Technologies, a market-leading provider of tailored renewable energy solutions.
Acting as a key point of contact for a varied range of trade and retail customers, you will provide exemplary service, maintain profitable client relationships, manage orders and address customer inquiries. You’ll give equal weight to sales and customer service, going above and beyond to maximise revenue and retain our large and loyal customer base.
Key responsibilities:
● Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients
● Manage assigned accounts to meet profitability and BMS’s ambitious growth targets
Requirements
● Minimum of 5 years Sales, Account Management or Customer Service experience
● Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
● Strong communication and presentation skills
● Ability to work collaboratively in a very fast-paced, high product volume environment
● Demonstrable critical thinking and problem solving skills
● Track record of delivering exceptional customer service
