What You’ll Need:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
- A valid UK Driving Licence – essential
- Right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience supporting children/teens with complex needs
- A resilient, empathetic and trauma-informed approach
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building positive and trusting relationships with the young people in our care
- Supporting their emotional growth, education, and independence
- Creating and maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive home environment
- Implementing personalised care and therapeutic routines
- Managing incidents calmly and professionally using your training and support
