Join Our Team – Casual Residential Support Worker
Location: St. Helens, Merseyside
Pay: £13.00 per hour (+ additional sleep-in rate)
Contract Type: Casual / Bank Staff (Flexible shifts)

We are currently recruiting Casual Residential Support Workers to join our dedicated team in St. Helens. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly and be part of a supportive home that provides care to children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day care, support, and supervision to children and young people.
- Supporting with routines, activities, and life skills.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with young people.
- Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at all times.
- Contributing to care planning and accurate record-keeping.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (preferred, but not essential).
- A compassionate, reliable, and patient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Commitment to promoting the welfare of children and young people.
