We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our Early Years SEND and Behaviour team.
The ideal candidate would be experienced in working with children with SEND, and behaviour differences. Would have inner strength, passion, and lots of professional love to children who needs additional support.
If you are kind at heart professional, who don’t mind spending few hours per day running after energetic children, and with patience can read child’s favourite book even five times in a row … then you are the one.
Supporting children with special needs and behaviour differences is a very special role, hopefully you can be the one to scaffold their learning, supporting making progress in gaining independence, and making friends.

We are seeking to appoint the right candidate for 10 – 15 hours per week on fixed term contract based on child’s funding.
We are passionate about your journey too and are committed to supporting you as team member in continued professional development, as well as providing you with opportunities to further your interests through statutory and non-statutory training. You will be supported by qualified SEND and Behaviour team, with training and mentoring.

Contract: Fixed based on child’s funding.
Rate of Pay: £12.70 per hour.

SAFEGUARDING NOTE: As this role is working in a “regulated activity” according to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, the successful applicant will require an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Certificate (DBS).
