We’re currently hiring experienced Door Supervisors to work at high-profile venues and national chains across Stockton-on-Tees. Specific assignments will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Door Supervisor in the UK
- Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights (some Sunday shifts available)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 5-year checkable work history
Example Shift Patterns:
- Friday: 21:00–02:30 | Saturday: 21:00–02:30 | Sunday: 20:30–02:30
- Friday: 22:00–02:30 | Saturday: 21:00–02:30
Your Duties Will Include:
- Welcoming and greeting customers on entry
- ID checks and managing entry protocols
- Conducting searches in line with venue policy
- Managing crowd control and overseeing fire exits
