Do you hold an SIA licence and thrive on new challenges? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you! Venture Security is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Security Officers to be part of our team at Fareham Live Theatre in Fareham.
With varying shift lengths of a minimum of 5 hours, including nights and days, duties include:
- Greet and assist customers while addressing their queries.
- Guide event attendees through entry points with search and way marking support.
- Patrol designated areas and monitor crowd movements
- Resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Collaborate and communicate seamlessly with other team members.
What qualities are we looking for?
- Hold an SIA Licence in Door Supervision or Close Protection
- A friendly smile and an outgoing demeanour that instils customer confidence
- Team spirit and dedication to support fellow team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English
- A positive and can-do attitude when faced with challenges
- Flexibility to work various shifts
