As a representative of Knights defence Security based at our clients establishment, all Security Officers must be physically healthy, clean and smart in appearance, possess good presence and bearing. You will be required to communicate with the general public and / or employees of our client clearly and courteously at all times. You will ensure that the client’s facility is safe and secure for all members of the public and the client at all times and will act as a first line of security response if and when incidents occur onsite.
Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients premises while ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to handle challenging situations with composure, and a commitment to upholding our standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the wellbeing of guests.
- Handle conflict resolution in a calm and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, including reports on any disturbances or breaches of security.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Door Supervisor.
- Valid SIA door supervisor license is a must.
- Certification in first aid is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- A strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
